Hotel Preethi International

Spacious rooms, over all good experience, my children likes this hotel and would like to stay again when come to mysuru in future.

Reception staff are ok but to be more welcoming with smile.

Elevators were smelly. Rooms weren't that clean and ventilated as you would expect. Washroom, esp. needed ventilation.

The hotel was neat and at the centre. Access within city was convenient.

Service and attitude of the staff. There was no response to our requests and repeated calling to reception.

The breakfast was nice, beds were comfy, but the staff at the front desk were terrible. Sincerely, I see reviews for this place and they reflect what I’m saying here. Breakfast staff were kind. Food was pretty good. But how unorganized and uncaring the front desk staff were would make me never stay here again.

The front desk staff. Everything was really on organized, and they said that they would handle things and then they wouldn’t and I would have to call three and four times in a row to get them to do anything. I can tell you that this place is losing money because of their front desk staff. The breakfast staff was great. The beds were very comfortable that was nice. And the rooms were even pretty nice. But the front desk staff all of them need to be fired before this place goes under.

Bed was comfy. Food was good and Mr. Manjunath was very good with customer service and took care of our requests with keen attention to detail.

The bathroom was terrible, the water from shower was flowing out. No ventilation. Overall poor hygiene and stinky. There was no hot water for bath in the morning. Lot of scope for improvement.
