"Pathetic service and careless behaviour"

Nothing. Pathetic service.

I booked a hotel a month ago when I reached the hotel after that their hotel manager said our booking was filled with full. We can't give you a room please go and find some other options . This is not done and not expected from this hotel. Pathetic and very bad experience. I will suggest not to visit or not have booked in future
