THE LOCATION WAS GOOD

THE STAFF WERE UNFRIENDLY AND NOT PROFFESSIONAL, EVERTYHING YOU ASKED THEM THEY SAID NO- FIRST THEY SAID THAT THERE WAS NO BOOKING, THEN THEY SAID NO EARLY CHECKIN UNLESS WE PAY RS500. OTHER GUESTS ALSO COMPLAINED OF NOT GETTING THEIR BOOKINGS- INSPITE OF CONFIRMED BOOKINGS. WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR A GST BILL - EACH RECEPNIONSIT SAID NO - AND THEN SAID LATER. I DONT UNDERSTAND THE STAR RATINGS GIVEN TO THIS HOTEL. THE ROOM HAD NO SOAP AND WE WERE INFORMED TO USE HANDWASH FOR BATH, THERE WAS NO PHONE , NO KETTLE - THE HOT WATER WAS NOT WORKING IN MY ROOM. WATER PRESSURE WAS LOW AND SO DIFFICULT TO FLUSH, I ORDERED FOR TEA FROM ROOM SERVICE - THIS NEVER CAME- EVERY PERSON WORKING HERE SEEMED SAD AND UNINTERESTED IN THEIR JOB- ALL IN ALL - NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY
