Room was cosy, perfect for an overnight stay/rest. Receptionist/host was very cordial, quick and hospitable. Just GREAT.

Foot step noise in night from upper floor. AC's were switched on and off from outside during our stay. not sure why.

Nice breakfast, comfy bed, near the airport. Just what i was looking for.

Only improvement would be if the card machine was working. I had to go up the road to get cash as it was broken

The Owner and Caretaker ( Sandeep ) was a very very good person and very helpful. This is a Homestay style of hotel and rooms on second floor There is no lift though but it’s not that much issue but for older age/ senior citizen may be little challenging. It is situated within 1km of Airport and you can walk to the airport and 5km radius of Corbyns Cove beach and Cellular Jail. Our stay was very nice and we are very happy. Sandeep can arrange ( Auto, Rental scooty ) and you don’t need to take tension about it and that’s the best part because in season time it’s difficult to get Scooty there due to rush.

Our 8-day stay at Heaven Stay was absolutely wonderful and truly hassle-free. The guidance and support we received from Mr. Umar and Mrs. Sabeena throughout the trip made everything so smooth. From helping us arrange transportation to suggesting destinations and activities, they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, combining a homely vibe with the quality of a top-notch hotel. The homemade meals were delicious and prepared with so much care, adding a personal touch to our stay. What made it even better was how reasonably priced it was compared to other hotels and homestays in the area—an absolute value for money! A huge thank you to Mr. Raheem (Owner), Mr. Umar (Manager), and Mrs. Sabeena for their incredible hospitality. To foreigners who prefer to pay by credit card to avoid ATM or conversion charges: Their policy claimed that they accepted credit cards, which was one of the reasons I chose the place. However, when I got there, I was told their credit card machine was broken and I had to pay cash. I showed them their property's policy listed on booking.com, but it didn't matter. Their solution to the problem was that I should go to an ATM. They proposed that solution several times. I proposed that they should get a credit card machine that worked so that they could honor their policy. Before it came time to pay the bill, I had said I would stay a second night, but when they insisted on cash I pulled out of a second night. At that point they told me that they could get a credit card machine from one of their other properties if I stayed the second night. I told them that they could have done that the first night and left for a different hotel.
