The Gulaal

The rooms were large and very clean. Virendra was a caring and attentive host who checked in with us frequently. Shibu at the restaurant was friendly and hard-working. Please make sure to tip the staff as you go along. They deserve it! The private desert trip that we arranged through the hotel was a once in a lifetime experience with a camel ride, sunset on the sand dunes and a freshly cooked vegetarian meal served under the stars!

It would nice to have a newer treadmill and stationary bike in the small gym

The room, the garden. Above all the friendliness nd the service. Virendra is fantastic, Babu is the sweetest and the most willing to help in every way. Ajay, the waiter, was incredible and Amit brought the pressing in lightening speed.

Fab architecture, lovely room.

Lovely property in a quiet area 15 mins from the fort. Property was clean, staff were friendly and food was lovely. Had a nice pool area but we didn’t have time to use it.

Beautiful Haveli just outside on the main market area We only stayed for a day - didn’t sleep there as had an evening train - but wanted somewhere during the day after camel safari. Our room was spacious and clean and beautifully presented. The staff exceptionally helpful. The even had their driver take us to the station and help us on the train. The menu was good, had some Chinese dishes as well as Indian - made a pleasant change. ( vegetarian menu) We chilled by the pool and enjoyed a good massage in the spa. We were very pleased with our decision to stay here.

Great location, easy walk to the fort. Gadisar lake a short rickshaw ride away. Fantastic view from the roof terrace, friendly staff, lovely room.

All good. Pool was lovely but water too cold in January.

An absolutely beautiful property! Gorgeous, spacious, clean rooms with wonderful facilities. Lovely pool area and spa facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent restaurant with amazing views.
