The room is spacious and clean. The staff are helpful.

The hotel serves only Veg food. The hotel has no elevator, which might be difficult for the aged people.

Everything 😊. It is an outstanding property that is made in the traditional Rajasthani style and perfectly blended with all modern facilities. The rooms are beautiful, very spacious and have a completely traditional decor. The location is excellent with a beautiful view of Jaisalmer Durg ( Fort) from the terrace restaurant. The owner Shri Virender displays authentic Indian hospitality and was ever ready to help out with any extra need we had. The restaurant offers wonderful and delicious food. They have a lovely and perfectly maintained pool and a Spa alongside which offers a fantastic Ayurvedic Massage - We all went for it 😊. I would strongly recommend Gulaal Haveli to everyone who wants the perfect stay in Jaisalmer.

Room

We had an amazing stay at The Gulaal, in a spacious suite room, in a stunning, peaceful, and beautifully decorated Haveli, with amazing views of the Jaisalmer Fort and a lovely garden and pool area. The staffing team were very welcoming, helpful and professional. The food was superb, as were our massages, and the laundry service efficient. We would highly recommend The Gulaal, for a bit of peace and luxury in the desert.

Staff - so, so helpful. Nothing was a problem. They sorted our laundry, helped us with transport to station for late trains, and even threw in a complimentary breakfast. It was a lovely welcome from the moment we stepped in. The hotel - this is a stunning building; new yet made in the old Haveli style. Rooms are huge and grand, with marble bathrooms and amazing balconies. It really feels the part. The pool area is a highlight and we found it a perfect place to chill after a long morning. The rooftop restaurant has a great view of the fort. The food - we only had breakfast here but it was really nice. Especially the local Chola and the coffee, which was some of the best we've had in India.

Location outside the fort isn't great for everyone but we liked it cos you get those rooftop views. Water pressure is so good it actually hurts!

The staff were exceptional, very welcoming and attentive. The pool area and the rooftop restaurant were incredible as well.

Beautiful hotel, very relaxing, great support with arranging of safaris etc. Wonderful rooms and bathrooms. Hotel has nice nooks and balconies to sit and relax.
