I regret to say that my recent stay at this hotel through Oyo was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've encountered. I feel obligated to share my honest experience to prevent others from facing the same disappointment. Misleading Advertising: The hotel looked promising on the Oyo website, but upon arrival, it was evident that the images and descriptions were far from reality. The stark difference was a major letdown. Unsanitary Conditions: The room was unclean, with visible stains and an unpleasant odor. It was evident that proper cleaning and maintenance were severely lacking. Non-Functional Amenities: Numerous amenities, including the air conditioner and TV, were out of order. It was frustrating and inconvenient, especially during scorching weather. Unprofessional Staff: The hotel staff exhibited a lack of courtesy and professionalism. They seemed disinterested in addressing guests' concerns, leaving a lasting negative impression. Noise and Disturbance: The hotel's location was noisy, and the lack of soundproofing allowed disruptions to penetrate the room at all hours, affecting my ability to rest. Unreliable Wi-Fi: Despite promising Wi-Fi access, the internet connection was inconsistent, hindering my work and communication during the stay. Security Concerns: The hotel lacked proper security measures, making me feel unsafe during my entire stay. Poor Maintenance: The hotel's overall condition was rundown, with evident signs of neglect. It was evident that the property lacked regular maintenance. Unresponsive Management: Despite raising my concerns with the hotel management and Oyo customer support, no satisfactory resolution was provided, leaving me feeling unheard and ignored. Overpriced for the Quality: Considering the dismal condition of the hotel and the poor services, the prices charged were far too high, making it an incredibly poor value for money.

Hotel staff demanding extra money and say we are not given the room on your booking if you not give us whatever we are demanding because of late night i didn't have any other option

Nothing i liked, just felt i wasted my money by using Booking.com app.

There was nothing good about the property. Dirty small dingy rooms with cockroaches and mosquito. Dirty and rusted toilets, AC doesn't work properly ,dirty balcony , pile of garbage next to building. And if you complaint , they will straight way tell you to look for accommodation somewhere else or have to wait till next day for change, and even next day they will do nothing and tell rooms not available
