The only thing I liked is that the airport is just 15 minutes away from the hotel.

The receptionist asked to pay extra despite what booking.com asked me to pay. The receptionist was little rude and said he won't be giving us a room for that price. Why to even put their hotel on Booking.com if they don't want to offer a room for the shown price? The restaurant/dining area is closed, no complementary breakfast/food is being served. Geyser wasn't working in one of our rooms.

1. They denied the checking. 2. They took Rs. 4000 more to allocate the room. 3. We traveled with 3 families die 700 KMs and this people troubled us at the max, horrible treatment and pathetic service. 4. OYO Rooms ís the worst place to realy and make plans. 5. Support was very poor, no OYO executive was able to provide us what they have promised or not even was able to convince the hotel management to atleast host us properly.

Worst place I ever lived . Hopeless staff and hopeless Oyo.
