"Horrendous Stay for 2 nights."

Location

I liked Nothing. The staff was ill mannered.i even had a quarrel with the assistant receptionist for not cleaning the room for 3 days even after telling him. Overall the receptionist thought, its his hotel and I am not paying for the stay, thats why he thought he can behave badly with me.Its winter and the fan speed is like its in level 5. I caught cold because of its defective regulator. I definitely want my money back for such a horrendous stay for 2 nights. Even the dutbins are not cleaned. I will never refer anyone to stay here. Kindly arrange for a refund please.
