Hotel O Blooms residency

Good location

Staff is horrible. I booked the hotel with breakfast, but when I reached hotel they said, they don't have breakfast option. I requested him to check with booking.com and update me on the refund part of the breakfast amount. He responded, he can't do anything, He said, he don't care about what option we chose, unless the full amount is paid, he won't let us in and not helping. Called the given number which went to OYO, they say, I should reach only booking.com. Basically Booking.com number is redirected to OYO again. I wasted 1 hr in trying to reach out people and standing in lobby. Finally I paid full amount and got into the room.

The Place was centrally located near KR Puram, and easy to get an UBER or OLA to different parts of the city, it is pretty much in a residential area and was fairly quiet. Quite a few restaurants nearby so food was okay. ITs great for a day or 2 stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

The Television channels are only FTA, the front desk was not too helpful in linking up new channels (Sports and Movies) although they said they will. The Hot water heater has limited capacity so don't expect a continuous flow, better to have a bucket bath than shower because of this. The place is not handicap friendly, would not suggest for a family stay, good for bachelors or singles.

Reception is worst, AC didn't work, Cigarette smell, mattress springs came out, dirty blankets. So much dust is coming from them. Nothing is in good share.

Spacious room, location, balcony. Most importantly the ever smiling staff who got us drinking water every night.

the fan speed regulator was not working and it used to run at full speed even at lower speeds. I requested them to change my room and they agreed to it. rest all things were in working condition.
