"Very bad"

Hotel is not as the online pics. The behaviour of the hotel in charge was not friendly and co- operative. I booked AC room, but the consent person refused to gave me and told me in oyo price he can't provide me AC. Fan in the room properly not working.The toilet was not clean.. totally 😞
