I don't like CJ GRANDE by Jesway Hotels & Resorts very poor service and bad staffs in this accommodation. Please visitors don't stay in this accommodation very careless staffs in CJ GRANDE by Jesway Hotels & Resorts

Bad experience staying at this hotel. The receptionist, Mr. Joji Mon Philip, was extremely rude and unhelpful to arriving guests. Even though we had a confirmed booking through Booking.com, he initially told us there was no booking and made us wait at the reception. Later, he admitted that the booking was available. This caused us unnecessary embarrassment and mental stress. As out-of-state visitors, we felt completely disrespected. The staff ignored our requests and treated us very poorly, as if guests do not matter. This kind of behavior towards visitors is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Because of our bitter experience, I strongly advise others not to stay at this hotel. Guests deserve respect, not insult.
