“The boy at the reception had good behavior.”

“The bathroom was not clean at all. The bedsheet had a bad smell. When the heater is switched on in the hotel, boiling hot water comes from all the taps in the toilet—even from the hand shower used in the toilet.”

I can’t leave an outstanding review for this hotel, I’m sorry. That said, if there is one thing worth mentioning and that I won’t forget, it is the kindness of the receptionist Nibil who did everything to make me feel comfortable.

my arrival went very badly. I was given a room that was not clean. The sheets hadn’t been washed, I think. The air conditioning wasn’t working either. However, I asked to change rooms the next day and it was better.

It didn’t feel rushed or neglected — just simple and well kept. What I liked most was the convenience. There were plenty of food places around, so I could step out anytime without planning much. The staff were calm, polite, and respectful, and the whole stay felt smooth without unnecessary interruptions. Overall, CJ Grande felt like a practical, no-stress option for a solo traveler — clean and affordable
