My kids loved the dishes made by chef, We dont remeber her name and but thank you delicious food served.

hardly had breakfast, that too at 8 am. worst ever stay I had in recent times.

nothing as such. couple of issues faced in the beginning regarding the toilet but it was sorted by them.

Very nice stuff, good location. We liked the design. It was so nice to have a big space. The appartment was spacious amd comfortable. Ww liked the table in the room.. The best bed I wver slept in. Big and not soft. And the nice surprice was that for breakfast which was delicious, waa an ounthentic indian live musuc trio.

Missing bath tub. Kithen could be better

Excellent breakfast. Cleanliness and decor.

For a tourist much too far from the old city. 45 minutes to get there in heavily-trafficked streets noisy and polluted. Did not like to have to register by internet. Room cleaning done daily. Tours too costly. Internet is pitiable.

Hotel was good,staff behaviour was excellent ,but was some how expensive ,over all fabulous

Staff ,ambience

the breakfast was ok. but didnt like the smell of the room and hotel. It was not pleasant at all. And also the charges they were charging is not worth it at all. It doesn't have that much of standard. DOnt go by the images of the ad as its not at all what it looks like.

The smell in the hotel and in the lobby of our room as if the sewage pipe was passing through the whole lobby. And also the entrance of the hotel was not good at all there was no parking space for our car and also as soon as you enter the hotel the reception area there is this smell of washroom constantly coming in the reception area and the dinning area. It was not acceptable at all.

Nothing in particular

Our room had no windows. It was super claustrophobic. The water heater wasn’t working. Akshay Phatak, was very unhelpful. He was very forthcoming and helpful over the phone at the time of booking, but was super unhelpful when we were at the hotel. The staff were very arrogant and had absolutely no intent to provide any kind of service. Overall the experience was super bad!
