"Good rooms, Bad service"

Rooms are really clean and spacious. I really like the ambience of the room.

The services are really slow and there's no proper food facility available. You really need to wait for 1.5 to 2hr after the order is placed. Lift is not working and you didn't get drinking water in the morning.

"most of things were ok except bfast"

the style of deco in room and the bed

the smell in the room was not pleasant. bfast not ready at 7:30 am so it was a delayed for almost 1 hr
