The facilities like the gym and the pool are good. Food from the restaurant is good, most of the times. One good thing is that the property promotes lowering plastic use by means of giving glass water bottles.

The rooms had leakages and mould all over. There was an overwhelming mouldy smell when we entered the room.. we were travelling with a baby. We had ordered an extra crib for the baby, but we did not get any. The design also did not feel child safe. The entire hotel has railings which have gaps much bigger, which can allow children to go through them. The hotel also has issues with hot water. We got hot water in the morning, and for the rest of the day there was no hot water. Overall the restaurant gave good food, but we ordered a sandwich, which was extremely disappointing as it had 5 slices of cucumber and 5 slices of tomato only! Overall, it was not value for the money we paid.

Nothing apart from the location which is on the main road.

Rooms are full of cockroaches. They were filling tap water in bottles, which was then served to guests as filter water. No hygiene in kitchen, so eat at your own risk.

Zero cleanliness, zero room service, except for 2 people, staff has a strong attitude and contempt for guests.
