Vast layout and access to club facility

Poor maintenance, small cockroaches in bathroom

Spread was good.but taste was not so great. Coffee was good

I had dinner in Restaurent. There was some confusion about sandwitches. They gave me cold grilled sandwich 🥪 😔 Buffet dinner menu looks good .

Very clean. Really good restaurant. No insects seen at the hotel during my stay. Very comfortable.

The staff was not easy to talk to. The laundry was quite expensive. We did not receive recommendations

I being a frequent traveler to Aurangabad have always chosen AGC, Because of the friendly staff, spacious room and value for money experience..

But this time we experienced a rude staff during checkin, I was traveling with my family of 4 people, although we had booked much in advance the staff at reception was not clear about the type of room to be allocated. The room was not clean, toilet comode was not comfortable and stinky Even after complaining during our 3days stay, they did not manage to send anyone for cleaning... They serve RO water in glass bottle with rusted caps, when my child told them the same they coolly replied...."it's ok, and no harm to drink from it". One of my worst experience till now with AGC... AND FURTHER I MYSELF WILL AVOID AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TOO.

It's very close to the airport as our flight was was very early

It's a convention center . Whole night very noisy events. Rooms not clean. Whole thing needs renovation. Elevator not going down till lobby. You stop at the first floor with a luggage . Reception confused about payment .
