"Almost no help provided by the manager and the staff in staying / visiting the place"

Overall, building, room, bathroom and facilities are good.

Manager is less courteous and cooperative. Room service is pathetic. Even drinking water is not provided by the staff and needs 3-4 reminder calls. Room telephone is useless. The staff is careless and unhelping to the guests. Bad experience due to staff.
