At the last moment they will change your room making you desperate to pay for costly rooms at their rate . window’s don’t have grills , accidents are always on the cards , be careful when kids are there

Nothing..the experience was horrible.

From the beds given to us with loose springs, in basement, to the pathetic service provided to us when we reached. No one came to help us in picking our luggage. We were left stranded on the road. They said they had no staff to help us. Very unfortunate.
