People working here are exeptionlly tourist friendly .Mr Panchom's dedication to his work and to employer has been phenomenal . Beyond our accommodation, he also has made our total trip plan for back and forth journey from Gangtok to Lachung and down to Darjeeling and Shiliguiri. This was so bespoke which I could ever expect from any top quality tour operator . I would cherish the humble attitude of a young man named Mr Bhishon who served us breakfast.

The ergonomics of the stairs' steps are higher compared to regular one . The old people needs to extra cautious to climb upstairs ..

nothing at all..staff were behaving badly and didn’t want me to go when I asked them I want to cancel and go to another hotel ..they charged me for whole two night even though I didn’t stayed at all at the property ( been to reception only ) booking.com showed have to pay one night cancellation charge but they charge whole booking amount and threaten me with punch 🤜 ( what a odd scenic at mid of night ) 🤟🏻saved myself by paying what they demanded I can say no no for this property at all ..I have all video records which will go on YouTube soon * a proper complaint at Sikkim tourism department

all staff and their behaviour even the place bit messy stuffs were deadlock drunk

Staffs are very polite and dedicated I think.rooms are bigger. Restaurant was nice with tasty foods.price is little bit higher as it's meat quantity.

Wifi signal was poor. Lot of times electricity was absent. Bed isn't king or queen size bed. although the price was near 50 USD per night yet it's should be much more comfortable. In a terrible cold weather hotel should give customers room heater.

Staffs are soo good and co operative! Actually they are very welcoming. Loved their behaviour.

No tea coffee in the room where electric kattle present. Drinking water service is not adequate for 3 persons.
