Location

Stale food ,No breakfast available before 10.30.Pretty exorbitant charges like star hotels of Foods,Reception mostly unattended & calls not answered , Staffs not trained in hospitality industry. Very rude and irresponsible staffs .

Staff was good (Tom Sharma and Tshering Sherpa). Good food and facilities. They also assisted with trip to north n east Sikkim.
