A few good points: 1) Girivalam socks which was a good thought for giving as a complimetary measure at reception area. 2) Snacks and munches inside the room which was a elixir for us at 2.30AM as the restaurant was closed. 3) Water bottles for PAX (500 ML each) / Beverages for use through kettle which was a welcome move to use (especially at 2AM in the night).

1)I had been repeatedly getting calls from the hotel that whether my arrival was confirmed for which I had clearly mentioned all my stay plans are intact and no change in plans. (Calls on Friday 5th Dec and Saturday 6th Dec) 2) I had booked a room for INR 2600 + however, I find that on the day of my arrival at Tiruvannamalai I was just asked for a confirmation on how many persons are expected to arrive on the mentioned day and I told tentatively 4 members which is yet to be confirmed, after which the hotel staff themselves converted my room for double occupancy to Suite which was never confirmed with me. 3) We were totally 3 PAX who had checked (2 as guests and 1 as driver, who eventually had a separate accommodation for driver stay separately at your premises). We were good to pay for 2 PAX only as per our requirement was only for double occupancy. 4) On interaction with your staff at hotel, I was mentioned all double occupancy rooms were sold out and only suites were available for which I had to shell out INR 5600 for no mistake of mine against the booking confirmation made at my end. 5)I went to a stroll to your swimming pool in the terrace and I was mentioned it was available only for nylon clothing and not available for any other dress code as per hotel policy. This was never mentioned neither in your website or in booking.com. On enquiry whether any swim wear was available nothing affirmative on the same was received. 6)A room at town like Tiruvannamalai at 5600 INR was supposed to Top notch but the below issues really made me wonder, whether my selection was right. -Too much noise in shower area pipe on using it (due to high pressure motor pump deployed) but the actual flow of water through the pipe was very less which was not anticipated. -I had to park my car outside the premises after our Girivalam which I felt could have been better organised eventhough there were a few empty slots in the car park

The breakfast & food can be better. The tariff needs to be brought down due to the location of the property & the increasing competition.
