Nice location near Tomohon - nice open foyer - friendly staff

Room too hot -air conditioner not working properly - too much noise at night couldn’t sleep - staff moving stuff all night in hallway outside room - and then baby crying at 3am-4am - no sleep

nice vieuw to the rice field , the location , quiet Ok breakfast, friendly people.warm water pool.

bathroom and towel not really clean, there are ants in the 2 from 3 I booked . On 6 am and after 10 pm people are talking hard even yelling in the coridor.

If the room had been clean everything would have been fine.

The blanket and pillows were stained. The armchair in the room also had stains. There was dust and hair from previous visitors on the bedside tables. We wanted to take a shower but realised that the towels were wet and stained. They were folded up and looked new at first glance, but they were probably used and simply folded up again. Overall it was disgusting in the room. The hotel could be good as soon as the cleaning is right.

The hotel is a low-rise white building located among fields and with views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel's main attraction is the large pool which is a hot 'onsen' rather than a cool swimming pool and was a very comfortable refuge from the cool and rainy highland weather when we were there. The room, bathroom and breakfast were all satisfactory. The broad corridors and white decor create a spacious, well-ventilated feel.

The light outside the bedroom window could not be switched off from inside the room, affecting sleep management. The pool floor is rather slippery, (but one can still walk or swim around).

The location. Good view.

When you ordering the food, it takes long time and by the time the food arrived its already cold. Buffet should be have more option of food and drinks. One time when we order the food, the food is uncooked. My son got sick.
