Good location in Ayr between the beach and the High Street. On street parking bays. Very clean and spacious twin bedroom. Large fluffy white bath sheets (huge) Big lounge area with several sofas and two dining tables. Breakfast area looked well equipped - we were room only not B&B. Lovely owner who was very helpful and chatty.
