L’emplacement, le petit-déjeuner de très bonne qualité et la gentillesse du personnel.

La chambre était mal insonorisée. Le débit d’eau de la douche était très faible et il n’y avait plus d’eau chaude le soir.

The hotel is a very interesting common historic one story building with great original details. There are pretty gardens and a nice pool area and breakfast offers many options. In particular, I loved the fresh fruit selection.

My room was quite small, and I kept banging my knees on the edge of the bed when moving around the room. I also found a big lump of hair in the bathroom upon arrival that was pretty gross. I would stay again, but I would choose a different room type so that I have more space.

Dans l'ensemble c'est très correct si il fallait chipoter le personnel n'est pas super avenant mais très cordial.

Had a great restaurant onsite, easy to walk to old imperial part of town.

The pool was abit too warm.

The hotel is adjacent to the imperial city. It's a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, ideal for a bit of relaxation. The staff is very kind and helpful. We used their spa service for two fantastic massages and ate several times in the hotel restaurant, really excellent. There are livelier streets nearby but we appreciated the tranquility. The property is very well maintained, the pool is shining, all surrounded by greenery. The room is well maintained and very clean, the breakfast good and varied.

Beautiful building, very close to the Imperial Palace. Great staff luv. Very friendly and concerned to ensure we had a good stay. Excellent breakfast! Nice pool.

Aircon is a bit weak, ok but not the best.

The hotel met expectations. We stayed only one night, so cannot really say much. The rooms aren't too big, and depending on individual tastes, might feel a little claustrophobic, but otherwise, a very lovely place and super close to the old town.

I wish the breakfast had more vegan options.
