Good location, friendly staffs

I understand the hotel wants to go green. But instead of using big plastic bottle for shampoo/ body wash, they’re using ceramic bottles, which are very slippery and hard to use. My husband accidentally broke the shampoo bottle while taking shower, he almost stepped on the broken piece and cut himself. Then without asking if my husband got hurt, they charged 400,000 as compensation while it’s totally the hotel’s operation issue.

Good locaton to visit the citadel, relatively quiet area of town.

Old building, the walls are very thin, hence, quite noisy. The staff does not do anything to keep the guests quiet in case they jump in the pool and make noise at night. Maybe I was not lucky, but both nights I had problem sleeping due to guest noise and had to make them quiet myself…

The location is excellent and the staff very friendly. The restaurant offers a good selection of local food. Breakfast was excellent. Bicycles are available to go around the citadel and perfect to visit the Thien Mu pagoda.

The room was small with no windows and there was not hot water. After the first night we were kindly offered a much nicer room with hot water.

Stunning looking hotel, with a great swimming pool. Lovely rooms, such helpful and courteous staff, delicious food in the restaurant and an expansive breakfast the next morning. The hotel is perfectly situated to visit the Imperial Palace, and just a short Grab ride from bustling Hue.

Extremely comfortable bed. Staff were amazing.
