Very nice and helpful staff especially housekeeping and Aysel. They were very cheerful and nice. The breakfast was great and the personnel, especially Samir was very kind. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, nicely decorated and clean.

The location is a but far from the city center, there is a bus station nearby but no metrostation. There was a smell in the bathroom which they tried to resolve. The hot/cold shower water was very difficult to control.
