"A great local hotel"

The whole place was very quiet, no noise from other guests. Conveniently located for buses into town. Rooms were spacious and well facilitated, breakfast room was spacious and bright. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pool area was a little run down and needed a good tidy/clean up. The breakfast wasn’t great for western taste.

It was a beautiful stay in Grand Hotel Europe. The staff is very polite, especially Mr. Kenan and Ms. Snizhana. The rooms are quite large and comfortable. I would definitely love to return.
