Prrfect hospitality and clean room. Supervisor Lady in reception is a high glass specialist.All well organized.

Good central location. Nice hotel with old charm. Big rooms with a nice balcony. Good room service, hot showers. Nice accessories to take home. Reception was very kind and helpful. Kenan, the guy over there and all other reception people are the heart & soul of this hotel.

Everything overall good. Tips are a must. Felt little frustrated when the waiter left the bill cover in room expecting a tip. Right at the end, when the bellboy placed luggage in car. I didn't tell him to, he did it by himself expecting a tip and surely I was about to give. But before I could put my hand in pocket, he blurted out about tip. Well, that's allright lad. However, I would deduct one point for that overzealous attitude.

The staff, especially Muhammad Ali, was very courteous and helpful .

Thanks very much for the very helpful recepcionest sataff Mr. Kenan and Mr. Balogan. I asked for one additional stay night and the response was very good and even some special discount was give for this aditional night.

Price is very attractive, I git room with balcony, so nice view from it.

Looks very old building, needs maintenance.
