Das Frühstücksbüffet, die Organisation, das Personal zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit

Für ein 5-Sterne Hotel ist das Zimmer zu hellhörig. Tennisplatz inkl. Schläger und Bälle für 10€ ist nicht angemessen. Sollte im Preis inbegriffen sein, da der Zustand nicht gut ist

Posizione davvero buona, vicino alla passeggiata e al mare. Piscina molto grande di acqua salata. Il personale molto gentile e premuroso.

Non mi ha soddisfatto la cucina. Da un hotel così quotato mi aspettavo di più

Zwembad was prachtig en verwarmd. De kamers heel mooi. Lekker ontbijt. Restaurant La Cuppula wad zeer goed.hotel heeft heel goede ligging

Restaurant bij het zwembad was ronduit slecht. Alles kwam uit mictogolfoven., zou niet mogen in een 5 sterren hotel

Prachtig gelegen - Schitterend personeel (bvb ontvangst uitzonderlijk apart en vriendelijk) - receptie top - bediening super . Goede organisatie voor ligzetels aan zwembad. Practisch restaurantje met buffet aan zwembad. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Een echt "belle époque" - hotel !

Ha, maar dit is Tenerife, wat ouder cliënteel ...
