"overall, fantastic"

Location central to Adeje, lovelly long promenade to walk along outside hotel. The hotal was fantastic, gardens and pool area excellent, food nice, couldn't really fault it

only one thing. When wanting a game of pool, had to pay with 2 euro's. Without any cash, couldn't use card at the bar and then when told to go to reception, they couldn't add it to our bill. I asked (maybe cheekily) if they could treat us to a game of pool, but they couldn't. You would have thought with the cost of the overall stay, it could have been easier to have a game of pool. Might seem petty, but sometimes the smaller things can leave a sour taste

Loistava aamiainen ja erinomainen sijainti. Uima-altaat olivat upeat ja hotellin yleiset tilat olivat kauniisti sisustettu.

Saimme jaetun huoneen ja naapurin television äänet herättivät aamulla.

"Topverblijf"

Vanaf de moment aan het onthaal tot aan ons vertrek, alles beviel ons 100%. Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was meer dan top. De kamer was super mooi en de ligging top. Kortom voor ons was het een super verblijf, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

The hotel is exceptional in many aspects. It’s impeccably clean; the hotel grounds are superbly maintained; the service is super-attentive; the food options are delicious. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Highly recommend; will return again.

Amazing hotel. Definitely number 1 in Tenerife. Great food very competitively priced. 5* service and comfort. Really pleasant enjoyable entertainment. Best of all is the staff who go out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our holiday. We will definitely be back.
