The interconnected room availability and comfortable bed. The VIP pass to Dargah was a bonus.

No mineral water bottle was put into the room like all hotels normally do (2 bottles complementary), had to ask for it again and again. The process of checking in was a pain and very time consuming. They never checked in an international traveller apart from Bangladesh. The hot water is not available for taking a shower after evening. So had to literally argue with them to be able to get some. Hotel has potential but facilities needs to be improved to be able to come upto a standard better than average.
