They have charges money for water bottle which usually provided as complementary. I didn't liked how they have behaved with us. Poor service

"Disappointing"

The support staff other than the individuals sitting on the reception were very humble, warm and helpful. The staff at the reception on hearing my issues with the promised services, gave the solution to cancel the booking which indirectly means go look for yourself.

The promised facilities like parking on site was not available. They had access to public parking instead. Which i feel isn’t secured. The breakfast was to start from 0700hrs however in reality the kitchen was opened at 0800hrs which was way past my check out time. The mattress cover was torn and the bucket in the bathroom was broken too.
