Hotel Banaras Haveli

The staff was very friendly. The room was a bit small for three people but the services were prompt . The green garden restaurant on the rooftop is a convenient option. The location is great. I would like to personally recommend Ajay Pandey whose knowledge of the places around to visit is wonderful. He is a good guide to travelers.

Location. Staff behaviour. Food was ok though we didn’t try much. Best was the Murtikar’s shop just near the hotel where a well reknowned artist runs a non descript yet amazing shop - so much to discover in his shop.

The common toolet near reception stinks very badly. Reason being the men’s urinal inside which retains the urine and the whole bathroom, otherwise nice stinks badly

Overall it was a good experience inculcating all the services like accommodation, food and guide. And don't get misguided and fooled from boatmen as they will charge you hefty amount for the features like visiting all 84 ghats And ganga aarti which you can also see directly at the ghats or if really want to do boating,go on sharing basis, also try to explore the city yourself if going first time and don't get trapped in unnecessary money hefting lobby. Public convenience like auto is easily available in front of the hotel.The hotel was situated in proximity to assi Ghat. And had tried to maintain their levels of quality and hygiene
