Rooms are clean.Location is excellent. Staff is polite . Autos are readily available. Assi Ghat is barely 2-3 minutes walk.Their rooftop offers an excellent view of the Ganges.

The poor rating is because of their mattress. They say king size but it's actually 2 single mattresses joined together with gap in between. After saying repeatedly also they did nothing about it Toiletries were not provided properly. No shampoo and conditioner were given. Breakfast is average.

Good food. Nice clean, comfortable place where to stay.

Waiter on the green restaurant, top floor, serving me on my breakfast (morning 16/09), first ask me if I can speak Hindi, I said "No". Once he was sure that I cant understand, he immediatly speak in Hindi and laughing with the cleaner man that was cleaning the floor, saying something that I cannot understand, Was enought clear from were was looking at me, that was talking about me. In that moment, I prefered to say anything, but was disappointing for a nice hotel like that have that kind of not polite waiter.

staff helpful good location to walk to ghat. had a nice view from roof top and restaurant.

room not particularly clean, crazy flashing lights above bed. no hot water and power shortages sometimes but i don’t think that’s the hotel fault.
