Very old. No good maintenance. Bathroom door was rickety. So was pipe fittings

Staff were helpful with all my requirements specifically Rahul at the front desk who has a good customer focused approach.

They could provide more shelves / cupboards inside the room for storage to make it easier for customers .

A good property at a convenient location!!

Staff could use some training.

The staff was super good and helpful. The hotel is cozy and right opposite Assi ghat. There is a medical store right opposite and some cool eating places. But the best part of the hotel is the rooftop restaurant. It is vegetarian, and the food is good. The view is terrific and it's really nice to sit here in the mroning or evening when it is not too hot to watch the river and the lights.

We booked the most expensive room - Executive with River view. The room was really bad. It was cramped with furniture, was dark, had a small window and the bed was lumpy and the duvets were heavy and old. The bathroom was large but the room was terrible. We shifted to the Superior river view room which was much better. But since we had booked the executive room through this site they charged us all the same, which i think was unfair.

It was a good stay,staff was courteous and the location is definitely on spot just 10 steps from Assi ghat.The rooftop restaurant Green Garden is definitely good and their staff is also very courteous.Special recommendation to Michael who served us with a smile all the time and very helpful while suggesting different menus.

We had booked 2 rooms with views of which one was nice and spacious but the other one was very small and the bathroom was just a tiny bit of space but the charge was same for both. I felt the tariff should have been less for the smaller room.

Little bit overpriced, obviously it was during Mahakumbh so it's understandable. Facilities are standard, amenities are basic.

Location close to Assi Ghat is fantastic. It makes walking along the ghats very easy as it is the main attraction. Gets very busy before and after evening ceremony, but not much noise makes it into room. Fantastic roof top.

Breakfast was a bit hit or miss
