Hotel Banaras Haveli

Well located but very tatty. Inflexible to any kind of late checkout without charging excessive amount. Housekeeping inconsistent, in the 4 nights I stayed room was not cleaned once. When I checked in room was missing all amenities and towels. I would suggest looking around before staying there

Place nearer to some places like kasi temples

Once we check in they ask me to pay for extra person but never provide extra bed Toilet was dirty my sister felt down in toilet due to slippery When we complain they like just shaking head only nothing action taken More important I come there to go maha kumb we book transport from hotel. Due to their miscommunication the transport cancel waited for another transport to come after 2 hours at 6am suppose to leave the hotel by 3am When we go triveni sangam they said no boat Tom morning 5am only have I nearly spend 10k sing dollar to bring my whole family for maha kumb but everything wasted When is tell about this also there are just shaking head only no action taken. I’m really really regret to book hotel here somemore when I’m leaving I say sorry to them if I’m rude then then next day we booked two enova car to go airport end up 1x 5 seater and ativa 7 Came if not mistaken then car abit smaller then the inova car… how to go by 13 pax and all of us have our personal lagguge…. Teriable Service everything is bad when come to money need to settled on time standing infrant of room and keep ask for check out… Hotel management how u gonna compensiate me!!!! Or just ignore this msg also? Get back to me asap!!!

We chose this place because of the proximity to Assi Ghat. Nice hotel, good vibes. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms (especially the bathroom) is not up to the standards of a 3 star hotel. There is not much counter space. No toiletries. The plug points do not work because they are very loose. When you plug in to charge the phone or laptop, it does not charge due to loose connections. I tried four different plug points -- all are the same.
