Property was located near to vfs global service office.

The room was filthy, with no water available for the geyser. The pillows and beds had rotted and emitted a strong, unpleasant odor.

The support staff were very prompt with requests and helpful. Location.

The property charged me more than what I had booked for (i.e. 1307). They said Booking.com had transferred the booking to OYO. This was very unprofessional and I was overcharged from the booked price.

Only location was good,

1 -charged extra Rs 2060, even after full payment in online app. 2- made us wait for 2 hours in reception before giving us room, 3- rooms were very congested, 4- water was not there in bathroom in morning 5- if we open tap in our bathroom then bathroom of other rooms don't get water. 6- very rude people 7- torn bedsheet and dirty blanket

Nothing except for the location

The room was small, dirty, full of fungus in every corner, wet smell, broken lock of bathroom and a lot more. When I reached the hotel was locked and I had to wait there for 30 mins and make 5 phone calls to make the staff come and open the gates. The staff didn’t give me the Keyes and told me it’s their rule they don’t give keys.

Asked to pay a lot extra stayed 2 hrs extra after checkout time and had to pay 1/3rd amount
