I believe the guesthouse offers excellent value for its category. What truly stood out was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. They genuinely cared about making guests happy and were always willing to help, making you feel like a member of their own family.

I think everything was great overall. The only suggestion I would make is to upgrade the TVs in the rooms to more modern ones.

Situé dans le quartier nubien, il est assez excentré du centre et des attractions touristiques. Des fois il est difficile de trouver un taxi. Le sol n'était pas très propre

L'accueil du gérant est exceptionnel. Très serviable. Au petit soin.

La chambre est très propre. Pas très grande mais fonctionnelle. Équipements sommaires mais suffisants. Salle de bain petite avec toilettes, lavabo et douche.

Hôtel très charmant, à la décoration magnifique, personnel très sympathique. Terrasse sur le bord du Nil. Situation exceptionnelle dans un très joli village nubien. Repas très bon.

This hotel is absolutely lovely, offering one of the most beautiful and relaxing views you could ever ask for. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, filled only with the calming sounds of nature, and I was treated with the utmost respect throughout my stay. A major highlight was the room itself, the traditional brick dome ceiling with its gorgeous spiral artwork was stunning and added such a beautiful, authentic touch to the space!

Nothing at all, everything about my stay was wonderful.

Nasser made our stay exceptionally great. We arrived late night, he organised the pick up, welcome drink and gave us an upgrade to junior suite with wonderful terrace looking over the Nile. The premises were clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Nasser helped us to organise a day tour to Philae temple and sightseeing the downtown. The hotel location is super convenient in a quiet area without any noise but just a few minutes walking from the Nubian village and wonderful local market.

I booked a room here for my son, who just graduated college. This was his first solo international trip! Mahmoud was very helpful and timely in responding to my queries. He helped my son with airport transfer, sightseeing in Aswan and the trip to Abu Simbel. Here is the review in my son’s words: “I had a great stay. The staff were great and the food was fantastic. The view from the room was amazing as well. Thanks to Mahmoud for all the help in making my trip run smoothly.”

It is just that the setup is not like a traditional hotel, but it could be us not reading all the details. It is truly an authentic experience and the staff and food make it worth it.
