Quiet, beautifully decorated. Staff friendly. I would like to mention Ms May at the counter when we check in. I asked some questions on Onsen to visit and I told her I will go back to her when we decided. She was pro active to come back to us and help us to call and booked b4 she off duty. The private onsen need booking.It will be difficult cause we can't speak Japanese. We had a great time

Staff only on duty only on specific hours.
