"Pleasant stop on the way from Scandinavia to Switzerland"

The menu offered some interesting dishes, like low temp calf on a selleriepurée with apple salad on the side. A strawberry mousse in a glass jar, quickly run in the oven. Excellent breakfast with to-order made egg dishes. Excellent bathroom and perfect cleanliness. Beds comfortable. Easy to park in the courtyard.

No negative points come to mind, except that an elevator would be welcome.

The location is very picturesque and the breakfast excellent . It is a quiet area.

Quite steep stairs to bedroom and it could have been a bit warmer

Breakfast is very good, but coffee only filtered, no toasts and all bleed/croisaants come cold.Location is great, absolutely quiet, very green and picturesque Rooms are very pleasant, tastefully decorated, very comfortable,bathroom is spacious. The entire atmosphere, ambience of the hotel is fabulous, speaks and smells history, all is very very tasteful. Food in the restaurant /dining - excellent, wine selection super.

The owner/ hostess has "attitude", and this was really uncomfortable. The rest of the staff is also not terribly friendly and has this look "we are too good to be serving you". Waiting time in the restaurant between the courses was unacceptable
