Holiday Inn Rugby-Northampton M1 Jct18 by IHG

The girl on reception was very friendly and helpful.She was in the cafe at breakfast and was very accomodating. Also the swimming pool jacuzzi and steam room was great to use with the staff also very accomodating. Couldnt believe could use up to 8.30pm In all great especially 2nd time of visit

Excellent leisure facilities, relaxed vibes

Rooms small for a family of four, food was uninspiring and rather poor in the evening. Breakfast was good though.

The fact there was confusion over payment - they didnot say I owed them anything when I handed in the key only to be contacted to say I had not paid. Reception very slow and coffee bar unmanned most of the time

Nice stay, we have used this place a few times now, its nice and clean, the staff are very friendly, our room was cold but the staff shorted it out right away

The pull out bed was very thin and uncomfortable

Staff Holly and Julianne were helpful and friendly , the room was a good size, comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast was excellent with a lovely lady chef. The pool and sauna were a huge bonus. Lovely grounds great for walking our dog. Would stay again
