The location

The room was very small and basic. The ventilation is poor and smells very bad. The shower didn’t work. Only the cold water. The staff tended to be friendly although they were not very professional. I have arrived at night and I had to wait 30 min on the street to get someone to open the door. In the morning the breakfast started late and the staff was not happy I was there at 8:15. Breakfast is basic. I really didn’t enjoy staying here. Big mistake

Good location, good value for the money.

Terrible towel policy which is not on your website. After using the towels provided and after they cleaned the rooms I saw I had no new towels. I was told that only every other day. I had no idea. I even tried to pay extra for one towel but the person on reception said NO. I made a big issue of this and they finally gave me one. My girlfriend joined me the 2nd day and they gave her one towel for two nights. Really stupid policy. Two people use a room and they ration towels? Really bad policy.

Very nice location - 3min walk from the Love park. We stayed for a night and it was ok - the reception was waiting for us at 22.00.

Our room was internal - window facing the corridor. No option to get fresh air. Basic furniture - enough for a night stay, but the towel was only one for two of us.
