Green House

The location is great and the facilities are exactly what you expect but what really puts it over the top is the staff. The front desk/operations manager is phenomenal. He wants to make your stay as special as Lima is and does a great job in all areas of his work.

The food at breakfast is basic but Lima is known for fancy dinners and pisco sour. Not breakfast. You’ll get coffee, juice, and a nice yogurt drink with an egg sandwich but don’t go into it thinking you’ll get a bespoke first meal.

Very loud on a busy street

The workers were very helpful and nice. The breakfast was too simple. Coffee not that great and OJ was not natural. Eggs made to your choice and good. We had to ask for fruits and somedays they did provided it. Location was nice since you could walk to restaurants and the beach

Follow up on details in the room. Only 3 electrical outlets in the room and one was not working which they replace on the sixth day. NO electrical outlets in the bathroom. Towels are not new nor fluffy.

Is very centric place, located on a quite street in Miraflores. You can take tours from it if you’re going to Peruhop and get your guide trips.

Maybe, they can improve a little bit on the towels and toilet paper to have some supplies without going to ask for them. When there aren’t windy nights maybe you might feel hot and not comfortable. Just small details, but in general an 8/10.

Location and clean

No disclosure of 3rd story room with no elevator, and the 3rd flight without rails. Staff did not help carry suitcase, had to leave it downstairs.

The photos of the rooms are all wrong, so when I checked in I didn't get the room type I had expected. Despite the staff acknowledging this, I had to pay extra to "upgrade". Even then the room didn't meet expectations. No kettle or fridge, lamp didn't work, no aircon or fan, and the room was rather noisy due to the road traffic. Not good value for money.
