The rooms were spacious and very good. The staff was very polite and helpful. We had to leave for sightseeing early and they volunteered to pack our breakfast before hand. Little details that made a great difference.

The blanket was smelling,there should be a low soft pillow, all pillows were very tall which is really uncomfortable and the food quality was good. Overall okay, please keep it up.

The blanket was smelling, the cleanest part must be supervised strictly,not accepted at all such a reputed Hotel and I can't recommend it to my friends. Please keep it up.

Room size was okay and was clean

Food quality was bad, restaurant service was extremely delayed - they were More interested in taking Swiggy and Zomato orders, delivery men were crowding the restaurant compromising the privacy guests, service staff couldn't speak Hindi well, hotel is not driver friendly - no accommodation and food provided to drivers, no ceiling fans - room has small fans making a lot of noise. Extra bed was similar to a hispital bed with wheels! If you are looking for a quiet family holiday this hotel should be avoided.
