"Worst experience ever."

Room was good and comfortable.

Staff. Especially the receptionist. He tried to fraud us by charging 5k+ extra above the rate confirmed on booking.com and was threatening to hold us even after we said, we will miss our flight.

Breakfast spread was very poor. Taste and quality of food was poor

Rooms were not having ceiling fans no ac no power back. No proper room service. Outdated rooms with little to no facility.
