Nice look and calm area.

Smell so bad for the room and long time to wait for the aircond to get cool.

A friendly and knowledgeable staff can make guests feel welcome. The hotel's location is convenient for travelers with its proximity to the highway, making it easily accessible by car. It is convenience too of being close to food stalls and shops. Rooms are designed with modern & comfortable. The hotel features an elevator for convenient access and and rooms are cleaned daily.

Clean room, strategic location, near the city of Muar.

Room located on top of a karaoke place, so a bit noisy at night.

Room condition is ok. Has lift.

Noisy pressure water pump sound if the room is near to it. I requested a room change. The sound insulation between connecting next door is extremely poor. Whatever activity and voice from next door can be heard clearly. I was awaken midnight by late check in next door, very poor.

The hotel enjoys a strategic location, being adjacent to dining spots and within close proximity to the city center.

1) it is important to consider the safety aspect, as the connecting door to the adjacent room had no lock or key handle. This allowed a stranger to open the door without permission, resulting in a breach of privacy. We kindly request that this issue be resolved to ensure it does not happen to other hotel guests. 2) Overall, the room was clean, but sanitation should be taken into consideration, as the blanket and mattress cover appeared to have bed bugs, which aggravated skin irritation for those with sensitive skin.
