Location is way remote with minimum acces to public transport but staff but helpful in arranging the auto

The room was horrible with next to no ventilation, the washroom was smelling so bad couldn’t sleep through the night

One of the best stays I ever had 10/10 explained with following 10 points 1. Booking and checkin- I booked the hotel on booking.com you have to pay 30% advance amount to reserve the room which is justifiable. One can also call the hotel directly and book for more discounted price. Checkin time is 11.30 am as room cleaning is done before that. Checkout time 11am. 2. The service- the staff is friendly, polite and helpful. Immediate service on one call. Most of the service staff is female which is good. 3. Cleanliness - rooms were very well maintained, cleaned, dry and toilets were sanitized 4. Food- breakfast is included in the hotel booking price complimentary from hotel with wide variety of delicious south Indian dishes, fruits and tasty tea and coffee. Lunch and dinner can be ordered in advance else Swiggy Zomato orders can be done and received at reception and they're then brought to your room by the service staff. There is a separate dining area. 5.Facilities - 24 hrs hot water, filtered drinking water as plastic is banned throughout the city, dental and bath kit. Fans are available and dry balcony for drying the clothes. One extra bed for children. And extra blanket. Books available for reading. 6. Children friendliness- there is a play area for children and also playing equipment like badminton rackets, football. Children wagon and swing for babies are also available. 7. Ambiance- the moment you enter the hotel a mind soothing fragrance comes from the stairs. The hotel has lots of plants well maintained and scenic for photography in day time as well as in night. 8. Proximity- it is near from Ooty main bus stand and railway station 9. Do's and don'ts - do follow the rules strictly as mentioned. Don't pluck the flowers, strictly no smoking and drinking. No unmaried couple allowed. 10. Summary - the hotel is best for family stay with affordable price and convenience.
