I had a bad experience of booking the stay there. The place doesn’t accept prepayment and the day my parents went to checkin, they told them they have cancelled the booking because I didn’t send an advance payment to their bank account a day prior. This was not mentioned anywhere in the booking conditions and it was clearly mentioned I could pay during checkin. It was a busy period and my parents really struggled to get an alternative place to stay. Please keep this in mind while booking in order to avoid hassle from them. The booking was still active even though they told it was cancelled. Atleast the hotel team could have directly called and mentioned to us before cancelling instead of just sending a namesake pop up message in the booking.com website.

The staff members were very courteous. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean.

I felt that it was a bit pricey.
