The property is well maintained

The staff was very polite and humble.. always ready to help you in guidance specially Mr. Shankar and Mrs. Latha.. apart from the staff we liked Free space and accommodation.

Location, staff and facilities are good. Staff is really helpful and accomodating. The charm of the property is also very good. Fact that it's family friendly.proepty is really good because you don't encounter too much noise, drinking and smoking etc which makes things safe for kids as well.

They can also arrange for lunch and dinner in the stay as not many options were available late night in ooty. Our room was budget and its size was small. One extra cot was present leaving very less room for moving around.
